The problem it is for
A child in therapy generates a remarkable amount of information: what was practised this week and how it went, what set off Tuesday afternoon, how they slept, when the dose changed, what the paediatrician asked for, which appointment is next. It arrives daily, from several directions, and it is normally held in one parent's memory — which is where it is when a fifteen-minute review asks how the last three months have been.
Milestone is a place to put it down as it happens, and a way to get it back in a shape somebody else can read.
Logging
Ten seconds, one hand.
A session, a bad night, a dose change — each is one screen with oversized controls, built to be used while the other hand is busy. Nothing has to be filled in completely, and nothing is lost if you only get half of it down.
Sleep is the clearest example: asleep at, woke at, wakings, and how the morning looked. It is the cheapest thing to record and the one that explains the most.
Insights
The patterns nobody can hold in their head.
Accuracy over thirty or ninety days, weighted by how many trials it took. When hard moments cluster, and what came immediately before them. Whether the day after a short night really is harder — measured against this child's own median, not a population norm.
It states association, never cause, and it will not claim anything until there is enough behind it. A confident wrong answer about a child is worse than no answer.
Reports
Walk in with the answers already written down.
Four documents, each for a different person: progress for the therapist who set the goals, a dated history for a school meeting or tribunal, an All About Me for whoever has your child for the day, and a medication timeline for the prescriber.
Every one is assembled from what you already logged, and every one is plain text — so it survives any email client and pastes straight into a clinical record.
The care hub
The admin nobody else is holding.
Prescriptions and dose changes as a timeline, with side effects beside them. Appointments past and upcoming. Every therapist, doctor and SENCO with one-tap call and email. The questions you thought of at 2am, waiting for you when you sit down.
Meals, toileting, costs and claims, files and photos are in the same place.
The month
Everything that happened, on one screen.
A dot per category on every day, with the cell itself tinted by how that night went. Tap any day for its full timeline — sessions, moments, meals, medication — and the night before it.
It is the view that answers "when did this start?", which is the question every new clinician asks first.
Privacy
A child's record, treated like one.
Only the people you invite
Sharing is per child, by invitation or share code, with a role that limits what the other person can do. You can see who has access, what they looked at, and remove them at any moment.
Enforced by the database
Row-level rules mean one account cannot read another's records even if the app were to ask. It is not a check the interface performs and could forget.
Nothing is sold or mined
No advertising identifier, no analytics service, no tracking across other apps. What you write is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train anything.
Leaving is one tap
Export everything as a file you keep. Delete the account and every record in it immediately, without contacting anyone. Both on the free plan.

What it deliberately does not do
- It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a therapist, and nothing in it is medical advice.
- It does not score your child, and it never uses red for a hard day.
- It does not nag. There is no broken-streak warning and no overdue badge — a gap is shown as information, not failure.
- It carries no advertising and no analytics of any kind.
